| Hardware Hawaii was founded in Kailua in 1954 with a store in the Kailua Shopping Center. By 1988 the company had outgrown the space in the Shopping Center and moved a few blocks away. The store was formed by combining space that was formerly a supermarket and a drug store. |

Most of Hardware Hawaii's lumber goes directly from the barge to the Distribution Center, located conveniently between the Kailua and Kaneohe stores with close access to the H3 freeway for quick access to the Honolulu location. Lumber and other customer deliveries are made directly from this location. No customer sales are made here. |

This location, only a short distance from Kalaeloa Harbor where our lumber shipments are unloaded, is in the midst of many residential developments. It is also next to the H1 Freeway facilitating our deliveries which will be made from this location. We will also provide quick customer pick up service. Sales of lumber and other building materials and needs will be made to both builders and homeowners. |
