Donation Requests

Hardware At Hardware Hawaii, we’re proud to support the communities we serve. We truly appreciate the many organizations and individuals working to make a positive difference across Hawaii.

Because we receive a high volume of donation requests each year, we’ve created the following guidelines to help us review each request as thoughtfully and fairly as possible.

Requirements

  • We kindly ask that all requests be submitted in writing (we are unable to accept verbal requests)

  • As a general guideline, organizations may submit one donation request per calendar year

How to Submit a Donation Request
All requests should be submitted on official organization letterhead.

Requests can be emailed to: customerservice@hardwarehawaii.com

Please Include the Following

  • Your organization’s mission

  • The purpose of your request

  • The amount requested or specific item(s) requested

  • The date the donation is needed

  • Contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)

To allow time for review, please submit your request at least 4 weeks prior to your needed date.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn about the important work happening in our community. While we would love to support every request, our resources are limited and we are not able to fulfill all submissions.
